Section 1

SECTION 1. The present Bulacan School of Arts and Trades located in the Municipality of Malolos, Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into a college to be known as the Bulacan College of Arts and Trades, which shall offer not only its present curricula but also four-year trade technical course, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Technical Education, five-year courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and two-year graduate course leading to the degree of Master of Arts in Industrial Education.
