Section 83

SEC. 83. The General Auditing Office—City Auditor.—The city auditor shall be appointed by and be under the supervision of the Auditor General; he shall receive and audit all accounts of the city in accordance with provisions of law relating to government accounts and accounting. He shall receive a salary in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred forty, as amended.
