Dedication of streets, highways and other ways in subdivisions.

Section 99

SEC. 99. Dedication of streets, highways and other ways in subdivisions.—If the subdivider offers the dedication of streets, highways and other ways for public use in his subdivision, approval of the final plat by the city and the completion of the construction of such streets, highways and other ways, as shown in such plat, by the subdivider, shall constitute acceptance of such dedication by the city.
