Suspension and revocation of certificates.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Suspension and revocation of certificates.—Subject to the approval of the President, the Board shail have the power, after proper notice, to suspend or revoke the certificate of registration for any of the causes mentioned in the preceding section or for the use or perpetration of any fraud or deceit in obtaining such certificate, or for gross negligence or incompetence.
