SEC. 67. Allotment of internal revenue and other taxes.—On the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasurer under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four Hundred sixty-six, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces and municipalities, as well as the national aid for schools, the city shall receive the shares which it would receive if it were both a municipality and a regularly organized province, and for the purpose hereof shall be deemed to be both the one and the other.
