Tax delinquencies existing before this Act takes effect.

Section 95

SEC. 95. Tax delinquencies existing before this Act takes effect.—All real property tax delinquencies existing in Laurel City before this Act takes effect shall be governed by the provisions of law then in force: Provided, that all the penalties due on the delinquent realty taxes for the year or years preceding that in which this Act is approved, shall be remitted if such taxes are paid within one year from the approval thereof.
