The stallion stations.

Section 9

SEC. 9. The stallion stations.—Farm stallion stations shall be established on land which, through soil analysis, climatic conditions and other tests as may be determined by the Board, is best suitable for breeding purposes. The stations shall be as proximate as possible to the center of horse racing activities.
