Principal Office; Subsidiary Corporation.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Principal Office; Subsidiary Corporation.—The principal office of the Company shall be in the City of Legaspi but subsidiary corporations organized in accordance with this Act in the six provinces of the region shall have their principal offices in the capitals of the provinces concerned. Branches and agencies may be established in such other places as may be necessary for the proper conduct of their business. CHAPTER IIPURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES
