SECTION 1. The positions of investigation agents, Senior Investigation Agents, and Supervising Investigation Agents of the Criminal Investigation Service, Headquarters Philippine Constabulary, are hereby reclassified and their salaries standardized to conform with the following, concomitant with their designations and in consonance with the policy of the Government to upgrade the standard proficiency and inculcate police professionalism in the service: Provided, That such reclassification shall neither entail the creation of new positions nor prejudice and affect the positions of incumbents; and, Provided, further, That when the WAPCO Classification and Pay Plan are reached afterward, same classes be correspondingly revised upward.
