Section 3

SEC. 3. Masbate Agricultural College shall be headed by a superintendent of agricultural instruction and shall be under the Bureau of Vocational Education. The superintendent shall have the direct administration and supervision over all other agricultural schools in the Province of Masbate under the Bureau of Vocational Education.
