Section 3

SEC. 3. Any person, partnership, or corporation, violation the provisions of this Act shall be punished with a fine of not more than five hundred pesos or an imprisonment of not less than six months or more than one year or both in the discretion of the Court. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 18, 1966.
