SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the same purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
