SECTION 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred five is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act to establish, organize and maintain one national agricultural school in the Municipality of Mandaon, Province of Masbate, and to authorize the appropriation of certain sums of money for the purpose."
