SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Cataingan, Province of Masbate, to be known as Cataingan Community Hospital. The site shall be determined by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Cataingan, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
