SEC. 5. The sitios of Dibay-abay, Diotorin, Salaysay, Dibulalan, Cultiv, Calipaket, Calapnit and Dibuwan in the Municipality of San Luis, same province, are hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio to be known as Barrio Dibut.
