SEC. 3. The seventh subparagraph of the second paragraph of Section fifty-four of the same Act, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "Thirteenth Judicial District: The Basey branch to hold court at least one month each year in the municipalities of Calbiga, Sta. Rita and Villareal, Province of Samar; the Laoang branch, at Gamay, same province, on the first Tuesday of July each year."
