Section 7

SEC. 7. Transitory provision.—Upon the organization of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, the Secretary of Justice shall cause all cases and proceedings pending before the courts of first instance, municipal courts and city court in the Province of Iloilo properly cognizable by the court herein created to be transferred thereto.
