Section 1

SECTION 1. The amendments to the Constitution of the Philippines proposed by the Congress of the Philippines in Resolutions of both Houses Numbered One and Three, both adopted on March sixteen, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, shall be submitted to the people for approval at the general election which shall be held on November fourteen, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
