Section 15

SEC. 15. The special provisos of items (3) and (12) of paragraph (a) of section forty two of the same Act are hereby repealed. Another item is hereby added to the same paragraph of the same section to read as follows: "(13) Visa of alien crew list-------------------- P20.00" (24)
