Application fee.

Section 26

SEC. 26. Application fee.—Every application shall be accompanied with an application fee of five hundred pesos for a permit and one thousand pesos for a lease. In the event that no corresponding permit or lease is granted, the sum paid shall be returned to the applicant less such amount of expenses incurred by the Government in connection with the processing of said application in accordance with the regulations. Said fees shall form part of the trust fund of the Bureau of Mines.
