Form and Contents of License.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Form and Contents of License.— (a) Each license shall be in such form and shall contain such terms as the Commission may prescribe to effectuate the provisions of this Act. (b) Every license issued under this Act shall be subject to the rights of possession or control vested in the Commission under the provisions of this Act and to all of the other provisions of this Act, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid regulations and orders of the Commission.
