Hearing Procedure.

Section 34

SEC. 34. Hearing Procedure.—All headings and investigations before the Commission shall be governed by rules adopted by the Commission: Provided, That in the conduct thereof the Commission shall not be bound by the technical rules of evidence, except that the Commission shall as a matter of policy provide for the exclusion of irrelevant, immaterial, or duly repetitious evidence.
