Section 3

SEC. 3. In order to carry out the provisions of this Act, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as is necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, or from any savings of the Department of Labor to cover salary differentials from July one, nineteen hundred sixty-seven to June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-eight. Thereafter, the said sum shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
