SEC. 59. Allotment of internal revenue and other taxes.- Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various Provinces, as well as the National aid for schools, the City of Cagayan de Oro shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
