SEC. 4. The following classification and salary allocation of certain key positions provided for the Bureau of Dental Health Services are hereby established, the rules and regulations pursuant to the Classification and Pay Plan of the Wage and Position Classification Office (WAPCO) to the contrary notwithstanding: Class Salary Range Dental Health Adviser R-54 Chief of Dental Division R-53 Chief of Dental Section R-51 Regional Dental Officer R-49 Supervising Dentist R-47 Provincial Dental Officer R-45 Senior Dentist R-42 Dentist I R-40 Provided, That the salary range of each of the above-enumerated positions shall be subject to such classification and salary range allocation as may be necessary when the provisions of Republic Act No. 4657 increasing, among others, the minimum annual compensation of Dentists employed by the government on full time basis shall have been implemented.
