SEC. 59. Allotment of internal revenue and other taxes.-Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces, as well as the National aid for schools, the City of Butuan shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
