Section 3

SEC. 3. The Don Mariano Marcos Memorial College of Agriculture shall be headed by a Superintendent of Agricultural Instruction and shall be under the Bureau of Vocational Education. The Superintendent shall have direct administration and supervision over all the other agricultural schools in the Province of La Union under the Bureau of Vocational Education.
