SECTION 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred forty-nine is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act granting A. Soriano y Cia., a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate private fixed, aeronautical, aeronautical fixed, aircraft, land mobile/portable, based, land mobile/portable, coast, ship, survival craft, radio determination and radio beacon stations for the reception and transmission of wireless messages in the Philippines.”
