Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the customs service at the port of Dadiangas. SE. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 15,1968.
