Section 19

SEC. 19. Fraudulent applications.-The Board may refuse to renew, or may suspend or revoke, any certificate of registration obtained by false swearing or any misrepresentations made in applying for registration or examination and may refuse to renew or grant registration any applicant whose application contains such false evidence or information.
