Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the NaÂtional Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the estabÂlishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and mainÂtenance shall be included in the annual General ApproÂpriations Act.
