Section 100
SEC. 100. Allotments of internal revenue and other taxes.—Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasurer under Chapter II, Title XII of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, and other taxes collected by the National Government and allotted to the various provinces, as well as the national aid for schools, the city shall receive a share equal to hat it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
