Appropriations.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Appropriations.—To carry out the purposes of this Act, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.
