Appropriation of funds.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Appropriation of funds.—The amount of fifty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to cover traveling and other expenses in connection with the enforcement of the provisions of this Act: Provided, however, That no part of this appropriation shall be used for salaries of additional personnel.
