Duties of the Assistant City Health Officer.

Section 31-A

SEC. 31-A. Duties of the Assistant City Health Officer.— The assistant city health officer shall be charged with the following duties: He shall, under the directions of the city health officer, act as the Executive officer of the department. He shall perform such other duties as may be imposed upon him by the city health officer or as may be prescribed by laws or ordinances, He shall act as head of the department in case- of incapacity or absence of the city health officer; or when vacancy to the position exists until such time as the position is filled in accordance with law.
