SEC. 5. The different departments and agencies of the Government, particularly the Department of Education and its bureaus and offices, the National Science Development Board and its related science bodies, and the various state universities and colleges, are hereby enjoined to extend their fullest support of, assistance to, and cooperation with the Center by providing the services of their personnel to the Center upon request, grants-in-aid, research assistance, and use of their facilities.
