The Land. Registration Commission.

Section 23

SEC. 23. The Land. Registration Commission.—The Commissioner of the Land Registration Commission shall exercise the same jurisdiction and powers in the city as elsewhere in the Philippines, and the register of deeds of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte shall be the ex-officio register of deeds of the city.
