Section 8

SEC. 8. Administration.—The Administration of the University shall be vested in the President of the University who shall render full time service. The President of the University shall be assisted by three Vice-Presidents; one Executive Vice-President, one Vice-President for Academic Affairs and one Vice-President for External Affairs, who shall be appointed by the Board of Regents upon the recommendation of the President of the University and whose compensation shall be fixed by the Board.
