Availability of Appropriations.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Availability of Appropriations.— (a) The sums appropriated for the fiscal year ending the year when this Act is approved as well as the continuing appropriations since fiscal year 1958, including receipts automatically appropriated for the Forest Products Research Institute, are hereby transferred to the "FORPRIDECOM" Foundation Fund to be used in such manner as shall best insure the implementation of the objectives of this Act. (b) Funds appropriated for the "FORPRIDECOM" shall remain available for obligation, for expenditure, and for obligation and expenditure until expended.
