SEC. 6. Provincial Boards and/or municipal councils the case may be, for the purposes of this Act shall provide in their budgets for the current fiscal year the necessary amounts as may be needed to adjust the salaries mayors, municipal secretaries, municipal treasure members of the municipal police in conformity with the scale of salaries provided for in this Act.
