Section 2

SEC. 2. Section seven of the same Act is hereby redesignated as Section twelve, after which new sections are hereby inserted therein which shall read as follows: "SEC. 7. Quirino Subprovince shall receive the share in taxes and allotments equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province. "SEC. 8. The voters of the subprovince shall not participate in the election of provincial officials of Nueva Vizcaya. "SEC. 9. Until otherwise provided by law, Quirino Subprovince shall continue as part of the representative district of Nueva Vizcaya."
