SEC. 14. Section one hundred and forty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-six is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 148. Specific tax on saccharine.—On saccharine, there shall be collected a tax of seventy-five pesos per kilogram."
