Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, including the acquisition of site, construction, maintenance and operation, of Gregorio Aglipay Memorial Elementary School for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation, maintenance and management shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
