SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
