SEC. 3. The school shall have the following functions: a. Give home industries training to all people who wish to avail themselves at all times of the year of the facilities of the school. b. Study the efficient utilization of clay deposits, bamboos, and other abundant raw materials in the area for craft production. c. Conduct researches on designing and processing of clay, bamboo and other indigenous materials; make small hand tools and machines for training in skills and production. d. Undertake standardization of ceramic and other craft products. e. Give training in the production and marketing of ceramics, and other handicraft articles. f. Render consultant service in the chemistry and technology side of ceramic and craft production. g. Give extension training in the barrios and other towns or service area of the province.
