SEC. 10. Bides and Regulations.-Subject to approval of the President of the Philippines and with the advice of the Commissioner of Civil Service, the Board shall adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act and shall set ethical and professional standards for the practice of physical therapy and occupational therapy in the Philippines.
