Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval but, unless otherwise expressly extended by Congress, the increased rates of duties provided for in this Act shall continue in force and effect only until December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, after which period the original rates of duties shall again be in force. Approved, September 5, 1950.
