Section 1

SECTION 1. The first and second representative districts of the Province of Pangasinan shall constitute one separate school division. The new school division shall have one division superintendent of schools and such other personnel who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations. The permanent station of the superintendent of schools for the new division shall be in the Municipality of Lingayen, same province.
