SEC. 3. Section three of the said Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 3. When a barrio captain, councilman, barrio treasurer or barrio secretary becomes fully and permanently incapacitated or disabled arising out of and in the course of the performance of his duties, the barrio captain shall be paid disability insurance proceeds of three thousand pesos, and the councilman, barrio treasurer or barrio secretary, in the amount of two thousand pesos each. Anyone availing the benefits under this Section cannot benefit from Sections four and five hereof."
