SEC. 2. The President of the Philippines is authorized to lease the same parcel of land for a period of twenty-five years and for a nominal sum of one peso1 to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of the Philippines exclusively for purposes for which said organizations have been established : Provided, That said parcel of land shall not be sub-leased.
